The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for assessing the overall effectiveness of the quality systems and for appraising the quality of products. We make sure that the commitment to quality is materialized at both personnel and functional levels. In product development, we have implemented a quality plan at all phases of the design and production process, and performed Reliability tests to verify the end product. The Sales Department translates customers' requirements into product specifications, allowing the Design & Development Section to realize the design performance. The Utsunomiya Works are responsible for production. Operation Center is responsibile for delivery control and subcontractor control.

Pursuit of excellence, however, cannot be achieved without appropriate education and training of those involved. The Quality Assurance Department thus supports various educational programs, by encouraging employees at all levels to receive education, training, and tools necessary to enhance their skills and the manufacturing process.
