The Total Quality Management (TQM), policy established by Quality Assurance Department, embodies our vision of and commitment to total customer satisfaction. The Quality Assurance Department administers the TQM environment to ensure that our customers' viewpoints are readily incorporated into ours. General specifications on all aspects of quality, reliability and customer service are delineated and administered by the Quality Assurance Department in order to improve and maintain a consistently high level of reliability.

Detailed specifications are provided to administer the operating practices of the Sales, Marketing and Product Developments as well as of Utsunomiya Works and subcontractors. The Quality Assurance Department is actively involved in design, package and process development, manufacturing, test and other activities that can contribute to product reliability improvement.
